Payments
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
Available payment options will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
If a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch printed workbook orders within 2 working days.
UK delivery will usually take approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally be longer.
Delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
Digital Resources
Digital resources do not require delivery.
Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive access to your downloadable resource electronically.
If you experience any problems accessing your download, please contact us.
Personal use and licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all workbooks and digital resources from The Curious Classroom are supplied for personal, non-commercial use within one household only. This includes home education within your own household.
You may print digital resources for use within your household. You must not share, forward, upload, resell or distribute digital files, or copy printed resources for others.
A separate licence is required for use in schools, nurseries, clubs, tutoring, home education groups or other settings involving children from multiple households.
To discuss a school or group licence, please contact us before using the resources in these settings.
These conditions do not limit any use permitted by law.
