Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Curious Classroom resources. If something isn't right, please get in touch.

Printed Workbooks

If you change your mind about a printed workbook purchased online, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Returned workbooks should be kept in good condition. You’re welcome to look through the workbook, but if it has been used, written in or damaged in a way that reduces its value, we may reduce the amount refunded.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process any refund due within 14 days. Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Where applicable, the refund will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your workbook arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Digital Downloads

Different cancellation rules apply to digital downloads.

Before receiving immediate access to a digital resource, customers will be asked to agree to the download beginning straight away and acknowledge that they will lose their 14-day cancellation right once the download begins.

This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.

Include your name, order number and the reason for contacting us.

We will then provide the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
